At MONTY, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
